A 46-lesson self-paced course · Herbal support for menopause
Most herb guides give you a list. This course gives you a method — so you stop guessing which herb to try next and start understanding what your pattern is actually asking for.
Until 25 October only. Returns to £199.97 after that.
Why this course works differently
You've probably noticed: the same herb gets recommended for hot flushes, for sleep, for mood, for dryness, for everything. That isn't because herbs are magic. It's because most advice skips the step that actually matters.
That step is reading your pattern. Not menopause as a general diagnosis, but what your body is specifically doing, and why certain herbs match that and others don't.
This course is structured around that skill. Every module builds your ability to see more clearly — what is happening in your body, where you are in the transition, what a considered herbal response looks like, and what the safety boundaries are. By the end, you don't have a list of herbs. You have a method.
That method works because it's honest about what herbs do well and where they reach their limit. It works because it's written for beginners who are also intelligent adults. And it works because it treats your menopause as individual — not a syndrome with a standard protocol.
Course structure
The course follows you through the transition in the order you're actually likely to need it — from foundations and early changes to the active middle years to long-term vitality after menopause.
Module 1
Before you choose any herb, you need a map. This module gives you one — covering what menopause actually is, how to read your own pattern, how different herbal preparations work, and the safety foundations that everything else rests on.
12 lessons · The essential groundModule 2
Irregular bleeding, heavy periods, spotting, early signs of change — the premenopausal years are often the most confusing. This module covers what these changes mean, which herbs are actually appropriate at this stage, and what requires professional assessment rather than a home plan.
12 lessons · Premenopause and perimenopauseModule 3
The most active and demanding part of the transition. Hot flushes, night sweats, broken sleep, low mood, anxiety, flagging energy — this module teaches you to distinguish the patterns within these symptoms and match herbal support to what is actually happening, not just the symptom name.
12 lessons · The active transition yearsModule 4
Life after menopause has its own needs: bone and joint health, heart and circulation, bladder and vaginal tissue, skin and sleep, energy and purpose. This module moves beyond managing symptoms toward building a sustainable long-term herbal practice for the years ahead.
10 lessons · Post-menopause and beyondWhat you get
Every lesson is a standalone piece of narrative writing — no slides, no videos to rewind, no audio to play at the wrong moment. You read at your own pace, return to what's relevant, and use the reflection prompts and support plans that appear throughout the course to make what you're learning concrete.
Before the price
A one-to-one consultation with a qualified medical herbalist typically runs between £80 and £120 for the initial session, with follow-ups from £55. That covers your situation, on one day, at one point in the transition. It does not travel with you through the years that follow. It does not cover the full landscape of what menopause is, what the herbs do, how to prepare them, or how to read what your body is asking for next time. The consultation is a single chapter. This course is the whole book.
A short course at a herbal college, if you could find one timed to your stage of the transition, starts at around £300 to £400 for a weekend. The good ones run longer and cost more. They also assume you can get there on the day, sit in a room, and follow a curriculum that does not begin where you are.
More practically: consider the time you have already spent. Reading articles that contradict each other. Starting with one herb, then switching to another when it did not seem to work. Buying preparations you did not understand well enough to use properly, or were not sure were right for your pattern. That time has a cost. So does making the wrong choice at the wrong stage because nobody explained what to look for before choosing.
The course is not a consultant, and it is not a qualification. It is something more useful than either for the person it is designed for: a complete, structured education in how to read your own pattern and make considered choices, at any stage of the transition, for as long as you need it.

A word about where to start
This course was designed for exactly that position.
Not for practitioners. Not for people who already have a cabinet full of tinctures and know the Latin names. For women who have been reading about herbal support for menopause, finding it interesting, and wondering whether they can actually use it in a real life with limited time and no prior training.
The course assumes no prior knowledge. It builds from foundations — what menopause actually is, how herbs work, how to prepare them safely — before moving to specific symptoms and stages. Every herb that appears is explained in context: what it does, what preparation suits it, what dose range is appropriate for a beginner, and where the safety limit is.
If you have read the free lesson, you have already seen the voice and the approach. The full course is that, forty-six times over, each lesson building on the one before it.
You are currently pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or under active medical treatment for a serious condition — herbal self-care at home is not appropriate in these contexts, and the course is clear about why. Equally, if you are looking for a clinical qualification or a deep dive into plant biochemistry, this is not that. It is an education for thoughtful self-care, and that is its limit as well as its strength.
The offer
There is no other version. No upsell, no monthly plan, no webinar. One course, one payment, lifetime access. The price returns to £199.97 on 25 October and will not come down again.
